Is this your first form? Did you ever manage to run any form before?

the model is open

What "model"? Could you post a screenshot?

The name of the form has to come after the 'frmservlet' text that is in the URL.

How are you getting this 'screen' and 'model' to appear? Have you tried launching the form from the Forms Builder?

Is the form supposed to open? I mean - does it have at least one displayed and enabled (enterable) item?

Maybe he is trying to say that there is an Item but not enabled and not visible. If its so there is no place a control can go to.

Cool. It took a day to figure that out, but we aren't any smarter.

No further ideas, sorry.

On the object navigator of your form is the a "window" that
that is pointed at a "Functional Primary Canvas"?

I have a form with a window named "MAIN" it primary property
canvas is set to "SAMPLE" the name of a tabbed canvas on my form.

Also if your form is using "stacked" canvas's then there needs to be at least one content type canvas.

In addition one can set the canvas property of a content canvas to point to a specific window "Physical.Property".

Hope that helps. Smile
