hello,
first, excuse me for my english,,,
my problem is as follow:
when i execute my module form, i receive nothing under my firefox browser, and if a execute on my seconde computer its correct.
i checked a browser errors list i saw no items to display.
sorry, before it work fine,,,

Couple of things to check or ask.
Are you using jinitiator or built in JRE?
Are you running under a windows account does not allow installing or products (hence jinitiator cannot install)?
If using jinitiator, do you have the plugin in the correct place (it has to be done manually for firefox).
