sir pls solve & give me the suggesion regarding following problem
when we r working on some form & using post keyword then
sometime following error coming
record must be entered or deleted first some another user is working on this record

It seems that you are, actually, talking about two different messages.
The first one might be the result of positioning yourself into a new (empty?) record but not entering all required information, so - in order to proceed - either fill items with values or delete the record.
The second one means that someone else has locked the record and you can't modify it.
