when i create the buttons on the master form. if i click the button
then open the second form

so please write us the code on 6i form and this form send to then i see him ok

Check in Forms Help about new_form, open_form and call_form.
And code using the function whichever suits your requirement.
Never ask others to write your code. Do it yourselves and ask for help, if you stuck.
