Hi,

I have text in a display item on my Oracle Form. When my user hovers over the text with my mouse I want it to show my user that the text is active. The text may change colour(no tooltip).

Is this possible?

Environment: Client / Server

Regards,

William

What do you mean "show that the text is active?"
You said no tooltip, but why not dynamically set the tooltip and auto-show, unless I do not understand what you are trying to do.

Hi,

Maybe my problem was a bit unclear.

I have text on a form. When the user hovers over the text with a mouse I want the text to change colour.

The 'when-mouse-move' trigger would have been perfect, but Oracle has disabled this.

Any help would be mush appreciated.

Thanks,

William

Oracle disabled those triggers as they were a massive resource drain. I don't believe they've supplied an alternative.
