OC4J_BI_Forms shuts down automatically [message #498873]

Hello fellows, I'm having a strange situation in here.
Whenever I start the oracle server, everything goes ok, but, in a matter of 3 or 5 minutes OC4J_BI_Forms is down, and, when I try to restart it, I get two messages appart : Either it can't be initiates because it is already up, or then, it initiates, but again, is down in a few minutes.

Have any of You ever faced such scenario?

I'm picking up some config details to post here, but meanwhile, I would like to count on Your experience.

Suggestions, please?
