Dear all,
i need help of trapping that message "Do you want to save the changes you have made" when i press Exit button where i use EXIT_FORM. and i want to change that message.

What message would you want to display instead of the default one? (What's wrong with it, anyway?)

Perhaps you could create a WHEN-VALIDATE-RECORD trigger, validate all you want to validate and issue a warning message if there's something wrong.

Or, does your question mean that you'd want to exit the form, regardless possible changes users would want to save before exiting the form? If so, try EXIT_FORM(NO_VALIDATE).
