how can i disable this message ? i need to compile my form without close the form in run time ??

You cannot. It is trying to write the .fmx file, but you have it open.
It can be done in unix, but not in Winblows.

What is the purpose anyway of compiling a form while it is running? Either you made changes and the current form is no good, or you made no changes and the compilation would be moot.

if i know that way, i didn't write this topic...but im sure there is a way becuase in previous company i worked they did it.

I'd like to know a situation where a form needs to be compiled at runtime. I cannot think of one.
