There's none, as far as I know. You might try to contact Oracle Support and ask them whether they can provide it for you.

Dear all

I found a source for developer suite 6i
but i am facing a problem
when i connect using (sqlplus, forms builder , report builder) to my database 10g xe an os error of
"that program has stopped working" happens and the program close

Dear all
I got a source of developer suite 6i
when i try to install (e.g forms buiulder) i got this message
missing form builder
you need to install form builder 6.0.8.8.0 before using this patch

It seems that what you "got" is not Developer Suite 6i installation, but (one of its Forms) patches.
